WEGGOut 2023 - Our Company Retreat

The second WEGGOut, our corporate retreat at the Galzignano Resort Terme, took place on 31 May and 1 June.

We took some time for ourselves in order to cement the building of a more cohesive group and increase the sense of corporate belonging!

The two days of Ted Talks with our colleagues as speakers, of Outdoor Management Training with the " WEGG without borders " organised by 300 grams,, of business games (or rather Beer Game!) but also of pure relaxation by the pool and at the table led us to get to know each other even better as a company. To act as unique talents with a common goal and direction.

We reasoned together on different topics, experienced live strengths and weaknesses, identified areas for improvement... during the WEGGOut we gained new insights that lead us to be better people in our dealings with colleagues and customers.

For us now, the company retreat has become a much-awaited "time for us" event, which in everyday life is not so easy to manage. And again this year... it fully met expectations.
