SCM Group: it's celebration for the go-live of IT self-service portal!

It's always a celebration when a project sees go-live!

We toasted together with the IT department of the SCM Group's Rimini office for the launch of the new self-service portal for IT request and incident management.

Over the past year, Andrea LandiniNicola Fusco and Claudio Giannini and I have been working on a major project to ground the Incident Management and Request Fulfillment processes in order to transfer them to a single interface... to facilitate users in all their requests!

SCM Group's IT portal, which is based on our partner Ivanti's ITSM technology, will facilitate IT service and support requests from external users, with structured processes and faster delivery times.

The benefits will be even greater as the IT team has also previously worked to integrate the company's asset data (PCs, network switches, tablets and mobile phones), providing an even more complete platform... tracking every usage in real time!
