We decrease the effort of time and resource-intensive activities.
We decrease the effort of time and resource-intensive activities.
With the introduction of new regulations, channels and business models, companies struggle with the execution of an infinite number of manual and control processes, which require a considerable amount of time and manpower.
Although they are activities based on predictable rules, they require complicated work-around: we think of the passage of information between multiple systems and figures, the need to involve more operators in different stages, to manage the progress of the activities and the control of the generated outputs.
The effort required makes it impossible to compete with other companies that have automated repetitive tasks.
We help companies increase their operational efficiency by identifying and automating repetitive processes, optimizing their flows within digital platforms.

Although these are
highly predictable routine
activities, People spend a good
part of the day
driving up execution costs.
People are involved in
excessive steps of control,
verification and approval of
without having visibility on the
flow.
The manual work of People is
subject to errors not
intentional, which can
cause compliance issues.
Activities without any added
value leave People
dissatisfied, who could
be employed in more productive
ways.

The best way to promote operational efficiency is to prevent people from
repetitive, tedious and lengthy tasks, leaving them time to focus
on priorities. To reduce their effort we adopt the following strategy:
Identification of prescriptive processes
We start from an analysis of the operating flows of the People, mapping the individual objectives and the relationships triggered within the corporate systems and identify within them the prescriptive processes, that is those that present a set of elements (activities, actions, tasks, results and products) following predefined steps in producing repeatable results.
Once we have identified the manual and repetitive processes that follow recurring patterns, we move on to an analysis of their level of complexity. Scenarios can range from simple data entry jobs to invoice preparation, to complex tasks such as customer service and troubleshooting. There are simple interactions (such as moving data from one application to another) that can be performed by scripts and bots without human intervention, others that require more complex cooperation.
Analysis of the impact
on business systems
The choice of the type of automation to be applied to the processes is bound to the previous analyses, to which we add an analysis of the impact that the insertion of eventual bots or automatisms could have on the business systems. We study the most effective integrations and verify that they respect the compliance required by the license agreements of the software involved.
Technology
implementation
Finally, we bring the flows within a digital platform, reviewing them and optimizing them with the support of advanced technologies. The structuring of workflows takes into account the objectives of the individual users involved, which can trigger and monitor them according to their roles from individual dedicated interfaces.
