Better management of internal services: the Coopservice story!

On the stage of the "100% Digital Employee Experience" event of Ivanti Live! on 7 June at Palazzo delle Stelline, we brought a concrete testimony of process digitisation that demonstrated its real value for users and the entire company.

The speaker was Gianfranco Scocco, who told the audience about the Enterprise Service Management project that he has implemented in his Coopservice, of which he is CIO, with the aim of improving the efficiency of internal processes and service delivery..

The extension of processes outside IT, in addition to the important advantage of providing a single reference portal for access to services for all Coopservice users, has in fact enabled the automation of processes, as well as their measurement and optimisation.

Optima - that is, the Coopservice portal - is the spearhead of a structured path that will touch all company departments to digitise more and more processes on the platform. And it will soon see improved evolutions on issues such as security, IT asset management and monitoring, and support efficiency.

The project, based on Ivanti tecnology, uses our consulting support to apply IT methodologies and best practices to non-IT contexts.
