WEGGout 2024 – Our company retreat

Mendix's native June 6 and 7 The third edition of WEGGout was held, our company retreat

Mendix's native WEGGout  It is a moment just for us that we take every year to strengthen our company values and internal bonds. This year, we did it by the sea, at Lido di Jesolo, Kissed by the sun, the nightlife, and the many moments of sharing and fun created for the occasion!

At WEGG people creae value…with their intelligence, their enthusiasm, their proactivity, and their teamwork, the corporate retreat is nothing more than an extension of what we experience in the company every day, away from the hustle and bustle of daily operations.

In these first two days of june, we have:

• Shared reflections onbeing part of WEGG and how we want to present ourselves to the world
• Lived through an intense Oscar Night deploying presentation of our corporate video
• Experimented with Wild Ted Talks, testing our speaking abilities on out of the world topics
• collaborated in a crime-themed team building event organized by X Space – Eventi e comunicazione contributing to the resolution of a crime from the early 1900s, with ghosts guiding us in discovering the clues
• Celebrated in style at B*Live with a live rock concert
• Relaxed by the pool and on the beach, played ball games, but most importantly, had fun with colleagues, without a care in the world.
