tipologie di <strong>collaborazioni sempre pi\u00f9 fluide e ibride, la gestione degli spazi digitali <\/strong>necessita di una <strong>focalizzazione sul singolo utente<\/strong> che deve poter contare su un\u2019assistenza da remoto continuativa e puntuale, da realizzarsi attraverso <strong>modalit\u00e0 di contatto semplici e immediate.<\/strong><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p><p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Molte aziende stanno rispondendo a questa esigenza con <strong>l\u2019implementazione di nuovi canali di supporto<\/strong> <strong>online<\/strong>, tra cui applicazioni basate sul web, social, assistenti digitali, chatbot, automazioni, che per\u00f2 <strong>generano una complessit\u00e0<\/strong> che si ripercuote sull\u2019IT: il 39% del personale di supporto intervistato da una <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ivanti.com\/resources\/research-reports\/aitsm-redefining-it-service-desk-automation\">ricerca Ivanti<\/a> lamenta di avere troppi accessi da gestire, il 47% <strong>troppe notifiche<\/strong> e il 42% di utilizzare <strong>molteplici strumenti o piattaforme. <\/strong><\/p><p>Come si pu\u00f2 quindi bilanciare la necessit\u00e0 di <strong>semplificare le modalit\u00e0 di contatto da parte degli utenti<\/strong> con <strong>la fornitura di assistenza tempestiva e di qualit\u00e0<\/strong> da parte di team IT sempre pi\u00f9 oberati?<\/p><p Migliaia di organizzazioni, piccole e grandi, incluse 93 delle aziende Fortune 100 secondo <a href=\"https:\/\/www.microsoft.com\/it-it\/microsoft-365\/blog\/2020\/03\/19\/microsoft-teams-3-everything-you-need-connect-teammates-be-more-productive\/\">un comunicato di Microsoft del 2020<\/a>, hanno cominciato a utilizzare <strong>Teams <\/strong>come il proprio hub per il teamwork.<\/p><p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Si tratta di un <strong>canale ampiamente utilizzato<\/strong> e la cosa pi\u00f9 semplice per l\u2019utente sarebbe poter ottenere un <strong>feedback immediato <\/strong>per risolvere i problemi che sta sperimentando con la tecnologia <strong>attraverso<\/strong> <strong>questo strumento, <\/strong>che gi\u00e0 viene utilizzato per scopi lavorativi, senza la necessit\u00e0 di dover entrare in altre piattaforme e\/o inserire nuovi accessi.<\/p><p style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>Microsoft Teams<\/strong> potrebbe diventare <strong>un canale self-service<\/strong> <strong>efficace<\/strong> se integrato con <strong>funzionalit\u00e0 AI<\/strong> alla piattaforma di IT Service Management<strong>: <\/strong>potrebbe ridurre, infatti, <strong>i ticket di primo livello con<\/strong> <strong>risposte guidate<\/strong> grazie a <strong>una knowledge flow interattiva<\/strong> ed essere in grado di <strong>offrire visibilit\u00e0 sullo storico delle richieste di assistenza<\/strong> e sul <strong>loro avanzamento.<br \/><br \/><\/strong><\/p><h2 style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>Come l\u2019AI pu\u00f2 venirci in aiuto <\/strong><\/h2><p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Grazie ad <strong>agenti virtuali con funzionalit\u00e0 AI al servizio di Teams<\/strong> e integrati con <strong>la piattaforma ITSM<\/strong>, \u00e8 possibile <strong>fornire agli utenti<\/strong> <strong>risposte e conoscenza in <strong>NLP e contestualizzazione<\/strong>, permette che la tecnologia apprenda e migliori attraverso l\u2019esperienza: ci\u00f2 garantisce che ogni utente riceva ogni volta le risposte giuste ed
