of the <strong>value of IT<\/strong> at several levels.<\/p><p class=\"translation-block\">Given the many aspects to be monitored (security, service desk, endpoint management, etc.), WEGG was one of the main sponsors of an <strong>event dedicated to the topic<\/strong>, the\u201c<strong>100% Digital Employee Experience<\/strong>\u201d together with our partner <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ivanti.com\/it\/\" data-wpel-link=\"external\" rel=\"external noopener noreferrer\" target=\"_self\">Ivanti<\/a>, a provider of analyst-recognised DEX solutions.<\/p><p class=\"translation-block\">The agenda of the event, held on <strong>June 7<\/strong> at the Palazzo delle Stelline in Milan, was very rich (<a href=\"https:\/\/wegg.it\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/06\/on-line-IvantiLive-Milano-Agenda-7-giugno-1.pdf\" data-wpel-link=\"external\" rel=\"external noopener noreferrer\" target=\"_self\">here<\/a> the programme), with <strong>experts, panel discussions<\/strong> and the presence of more than <strong>150 IT decision-makers. <\/strong>\nWe were present in the Partner Village with a stand and <\/strong>that puts the <strong>user experience<\/strong> at the centre in hybrid working were discussed in depth. As underlined in the opening keynote by <a href=\"https:\/\/www.linkedin.com\/in\/ACoAAAABrHEBk4njAGxzvkVpbvgkJDvzqTCzTJU\" data-wpel-link=\"external\" rel=\"external noopener noreferrer\" target=\"_self\">Carlo Alberto Carnevale-Maff\u00e8<\/a>, Professor of Strategy at Bocconi University, the real challenge nowadays is to shape work in the company in the organisational culture and not only in the operational processes... in order to create a<strong> resilient and sustainable business model.<\/strong><\/p><p class=\"translation-block\">And what is<strong> more resilient and sustainable <\/strong>than <strong>human skills<\/strong>? We are indeed in the age of <strong>Orgware<\/strong>, of <strong>human and \"hybrid\" capital enhancement.<\/strong><\/p><p class=\"translation-block\">In a context where interactions with generative
