per l&#8217;utilizzo di ChatGPT nell&#8217;IT Service Management?<\/h1>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-71e4747 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"71e4747\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p><b>Alcuni scenari di utilizzo di ChatGPT nell&#8217;IT Service Management.\u00a0<\/b><\/p><p>Da quando ChatGPT <strong>\u00e8 stata<\/strong> <strong>rilasciata al pubblico<\/strong>, \u00e8 stata <strong>una<\/strong> <strong>gran corsa<\/strong> a testarla\u00a0per <strong>ammirarne le potenzialit\u00e0, <\/strong>a volte anche con <strong>conversazioni tra il divertente e l&#8217;assurdo<\/strong>.<\/p><p>Ora che \u00e8 terminata la <strong>fase \u201cludica<\/strong>\u201d, i team di Help&amp;Service Desk stanno cercando di comprendere <strong>il suo valore<\/strong> per l&#8217;ambito in cui operano, l&#8217;<strong>IT Service Management. <\/strong><\/p><p>Sappiamo che il <strong>nuovo modello di Intelligenza Artificiale <\/strong>sviluppato da OpenAI per iniziare a <strong>generare contenuti<\/strong> ha bisogno di un <strong>prompt<\/strong>, ovvero un insieme di parole o frasi che specificano l\u2019attivit\u00e0 che deve svolgere. Il bot utilizza le <strong>informazioni nel prompt \u2013 <\/strong>che riesce a decodificare grazie alla sua <strong>capacit\u00e0 di capire il linguaggio naturale<\/strong> \u2013 e gli schemi che ha appreso dai suoi <strong>dati di addestramento <\/strong>per generare una <strong>risposta coerente e pertinente. <\/strong><\/p><p>Il suo modello si basa su <strong>deep learning<\/strong> ottimizzato tramite il <strong>rinforzo umano<\/strong> (una tecnica nota come <strong>RLHF Reinforcement Learning From\u00a0Human<em>\u00a0<\/em>Feedback).<\/strong><\/p><p>\u00c8 chiaro quindi che si tratta di uno strumento che <strong>non pu\u00f2 sostituire il pensiero umano<\/strong>: prevede il testo in base a <strong>input forniti e informazioni esistenti<\/strong> quindi non crea necessariamente contenuti innovativi, ma piuttosto <strong>si ispira a quanto disponibile<\/strong> e lo assembla in una forma \u201c<strong>nuova<\/strong>\u201d. In tempi <strong>incredibilmente<\/strong> <strong>rapidi<\/strong>.<\/p><p>Questa premessa \u00e8 per specificare che pu\u00f2 essere <strong>un\u2019ottima fonte di informazioni<\/strong> se i suoi apprendimenti si basano su <strong>fonti affidabili<\/strong>.<\/p><h2><strong>ChatGPT: la nuova frontiera AIOps<\/strong><\/h2><p>Quando usiamo il termine <strong>AIOps (Artificial Intelligence for IT Operations) <\/strong>facciamo riferimento all\u2019uso strategico del <strong>machine learning e della data science<\/strong> per automatizzare e ottimizzare le operazioni IT. <a href=\"https:\/\/www.gartner.com\/en\/information-technology\/glossary\/aiops-artificial-intelligence-operations\">Gartner<\/a> lo definisce cos\u00ec:<\/p><p><em>\u00abAIOps combines big data and machine learning to automate IT operations processes, including event correlation, anomaly detection and causality determination\u00bb.<br \/><\/em><br \/><strong>ChatGPT<\/strong> pu\u00f2 rientrare nelle <strong>tecnologie AIOps<\/strong>? La domanda \u00e8: <strong>come possiamo<\/strong> <strong>automatizzare un processo IT<\/strong> con ChatGPT? Per rispondere alla domanda, immaginiamo <strong>uno<\/strong> <strong>scenario ricorrente<\/strong> <strong>nel Service Desk<\/strong>. Si verifica una <strong>singola interruzione di servizio<\/strong> e il personale IT deve gestire centinaia di nuovi ticket.<\/p><p>Senza il <strong>contesto necessario<\/strong>, per\u00f2, la <strong>gran parte dei ticket<\/strong> viene scalato oltre il <strong>livello 1 <\/strong>e il personale IT si trova a <strong>duplicare gli sforzi<\/strong> senza riuscire a capire che <strong>la<\/strong> <strong>causa dell\u2019interruzione presenta delle interdipendenze<\/strong>. Normalmente il tecnico \u00e8 portato a pensare \u201c<em>Solo su XXX il dannato messaggio di errore<\/em>\u201d, ma a volte servono ore per <strong>comprendere i retroscena e la possibile soluzione<\/strong>. Finisce in modo triste: l\u2019intervento <strong>non<\/strong> <strong>riesce ad essere tempestivo<\/strong> e gli utenti sono <strong>insoddisfatti<\/strong>.<\/p><p>Immaginiamo ora un workflow con <strong>ChatGPT<\/strong>. Lo integriamo in un <strong>sistema di chatbot<\/strong> con l\u2019utente: sfrutter\u00e0 le <strong>sue capacit\u00e0 NLP<\/strong> per comprendere la richiesta e <strong>successivamente<\/strong> <strong>utilizzer\u00e0 le conoscenze presenti negli archivi di conoscenza dell\u2019infrastruttura IT<\/strong> per identificare la <strong>causa principale<\/strong>.<\/p><h2><strong>Un supporto valido<\/strong><\/h2><p><strong>ChatGPT<\/strong>, sulla base dei prompt forniti (le richieste dell\u2019utente), potrebbe infatti estrarre <strong>le informazioni necessarie dal CMDB<\/strong> (il repository centrale che memorizza le informazioni sull\u2019ambiente IT). \u00a0Anche qui ci sarebbe da dire molto sul <strong>CMDB<\/strong>: deve essere costantemente alimentato con dati di <strong>inventario aggiornati e normalizzati<\/strong> perch\u00e9 la qualit\u00e0 dei suoi dati \u00e8 di fondamentale importanza.<\/p><p>Possiamo a questo punto prevedere <strong>pi\u00f9 output<\/strong>:<\/p><ul><li>lo strumento potrebbe fornire <strong>una risoluzione<\/strong> all\u2019utente sulla <strong>base della conoscenza appresa. <\/strong>I formati che pu\u00f2 utilizzare sono molteplici: <strong>articoli di knowledge base<\/strong> (il fondamento stesso del self-service!) ma anche esempi in codice in caso di bug o modifiche sul <strong>linguaggio di programmazione<\/strong>.<br \/><br \/><\/li><li>lo strumento, per via delle sue avanzate <strong>capacit\u00e0 di classificazione<\/strong>, potrebbe diventare un ottimo \u201cdispatcher\u201d, reindirizzando <strong>l\u2019utente al reparto o alla persona corretta<br \/><br \/><\/strong><\/li><li>lo strumento potrebbe utilizzare le informazioni fornite dall\u2019utente per <strong>generare automaticamente rapporti sugli incidenti: <\/strong>riesce infatti a strutturare <strong>lunghe richieste testuali<\/strong> in formati organizzati e facilmente fruibili. La <strong>correlazione avanzata degli avvisi di incidenti e problemi<\/strong> potrebbe facilitare il lavoro di indagine degli esperti IT\u2026 ma qui entrano in gioco <strong>altre tecnologie AIOps<\/strong>.<br \/><br \/><\/li><\/ul><p>Il vantaggio di <strong>ChatGPT<\/strong> (e di altri <strong>modelli conversazionali<\/strong> di questo tipo) \u00e8 legato alle sue <strong>doti di conversazione e contesto<\/strong>, che sono pi\u00f9 avanzate rispetto ai tradizionali chatbot: pu\u00f2 porre <strong>domanda di verifica<\/strong> e persino richiamare i <strong>prompt inappropriati<\/strong>.<\/p><p>Se integrato a fonti affidabili, potrebbe contribuire alla <strong>creazione di ticket e all\u2019escalation dei problemi<\/strong> riducendo di gran lunga il <strong>carico di lavoro del personale<\/strong> di supporto IT. Che poi \u2013 quello di ridurre le attivit\u00e0 ripetitive \u2013 dovrebbe essere il <strong>fine ultimo<\/strong> di qualsiasi tecnologia che si dica innovativa.\u00a0<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-column elementor-col-50 elementor-top-column elementor-element
