data-selectable-paragraph=\"\"><em class=\"lw\">Come il supporto con l\u2019aiuto dell\u2019Intelligenza Artificiale pu\u00f2 risolvere in maniera pi\u00f9 veloce e tempestiva i problemi tecnici degli utenti che lavorano in smart working.<\/em><\/p>\n<p id=\"85e6\" class=\"pw-post-body-paragraph la lb iz lc b ld le ka lf lg lh kd li lj lk ll lm ln lo lp lq lr ls lt lu lv is gb\" data-selectable-paragraph=\"\">Con l\u2019aumento delle\u00a0<a class=\"au kz\" href=\"https:\/\/wegg.it\/everywhere-workplace-come-creare-ambienti-di-lavoro-agili\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener ugc nofollow\"><strong class=\"lc ja\">postazioni da remoto<\/strong><\/a>, il supporto IT non ha\u00a0<strong class=\"lc ja\">vita facile<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p id=\"4754\" class=\"pw-post-body-paragraph la lb iz lc b ld le ka lf lg lh kd li lj lk ll lm ln lo lp lq lr ls lt lu lv is gb\" data-selectable-paragraph=\"\">Subentrano\u00a0<strong class=\"lc ja\">nuovi problemi<\/strong>, soprattutto con l\u2019introduzione dei\u00a0<strong class=\"lc ja\">dispositivi personali<\/strong>\u00a0degli utenti (i cosiddetti\u00a0<strong class=\"lc ja\">BYOD<\/strong>, Bring Your Own Device). Quest\u2019ultimi spesso\u00a0<strong class=\"lc ja\">non sono registrati negli inventari degli asset aziendali<\/strong>, per cui banalmente non si hanno nemmeno\u00a0<strong class=\"lc ja\">informazioni<\/strong>\u00a0su come sono configurati.<\/p>\nSe il\u00a0<strong class=\"lc ja\">sistema operativo<\/strong>\u00a0non supporta le applicazioni aziendali l\u2019utente lo scopre solo al momento dell\u2019avvio. Ecco, ed \u00e8 subito un\u00a0<strong class=\"lc ja\">brusco arresto alla produttivit\u00e0<\/strong>.\n<p id=\"00ae\" class=\"pw-post-body-paragraph la lb iz lc b ld le ka lf lg lh kd li lj lk ll lm ln lo lp lq lr ls lt lu lv is gb\" data-selectable-paragraph=\"\">Sistemi non funzionanti per la\u00a0<strong class=\"lc ja\">mancata applicazione delle policy<\/strong>\u00a0<strong class=\"lc ja\">aziendali<\/strong>, problemi di rete, basse performance,\u00a0<strong class=\"lc ja\">crash\u00a0<\/strong>per l\u2019installazione di software non autorizzati\u2026 per svariati motivi, l\u2019utente non riesce a lavorare e chiama in causa il supporto per la\u00a0<strong class=\"lc ja\">risoluzione del problema<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p id=\"9f18\" class=\"pw-post-body-paragraph la lb iz lc b ld le ka lf lg lh kd li lj lk ll lm ln lo lp lq lr ls lt lu lv is gb\" data-selectable-paragraph=\"\">Ma attenzione, non siamo pi\u00f9 all\u2019interno del\u00a0<strong class=\"lc ja\">perimetro aziendale<\/strong>. Il supporto non si limita a intervenire su\u00a0<strong class=\"lc ja\">dispositivi e infrastrutture\u00a0<\/strong>controllati e posizionati<strong class=\"lc ja\">\u00a0<\/strong>all\u2019interno di sedi ben definite, ma deve rispondere ovunque la\u00a0<strong class=\"lc ja\">connettivit\u00e0 lo consenta,\u00a0<\/strong>perch\u00e9 potrebbe esserci un utente da remoto in attesa di risposte.<\/p>\n<p id=\"cd87\" class=\"pw-post-body-paragraph la lb iz lc b ld le ka lf lg lh kd li lj lk ll lm ln lo lp lq lr ls lt lu lv is gb\" data-selectable-paragraph=\"\">Non \u00e8 semplice perch\u00e9:<\/p>\n<p id=\"df14\" class=\"pw-post-body-paragraph la lb iz lc b ld le ka lf lg lh kd li lj lk ll lm ln lo lp lq lr ls lt lu lv is gb\" data-selectable-paragraph=\"\">\u25cf\u00a0<strong class=\"lc ja\">non sempre \u00e8 chiaro il contesto dove si trova il device<\/strong>\u00a0<em class=\"lw\">(a quale rete si collega? Come \u00e8 configurato? Quali azioni sono state eseguite?)<\/em>. Spiegarsi con l\u2019utente \u00e8 difficile, non sempre riesce a fornire una descrizione dettagliata dell\u2019area di intervento. Solo dopo diversi scambi verbali (e tante imprecazioni silenziose!) si arriva al punto.<\/p>\n<p id=\"ef39\" class=\"pw-post-body-paragraph la lb iz lc b ld le ka lf lg lh kd li lj lk ll lm ln lo lp lq lr ls lt lu lv is gb\" data-selectable-paragraph=\"\">\u25cf\u00a0<strong class=\"lc ja\">il supporto non ha la possibilit\u00e0 di intervenire fisicamente.\u00a0<\/strong>Anche qui ci ricolleghiamo al punto sopra. L\u2019utente agisce dietro direttive del tecnico di Help Desk, ma \u00e8 inesperto per cui ha bisogno di\u00a0<strong class=\"lc ja\">training.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p id=\"5079\" class=\"pw-post-body-paragraph la lb iz lc b ld le ka lf lg lh kd li lj lk ll lm ln lo lp lq lr ls lt lu lv is gb\" data-selectable-paragraph=\"\">\u25cf\u00a0<strong class=\"lc ja\">se ci sono stati problemi\/incidenti in passato, non si ha a disposizione uno storico dati per capire meglio come intervenire<\/strong>. Banalmente si rischia di perdere tempo per un problema che era gi\u00e0 stato risolto e per cui basterebbe ripetere\/automatizzare l\u2019operazione.<\/p>\n\n<h2 id=\"8939\" class=\"lx ly iz bn lz ma mb mc md me mf mg mh kf mi kg mj ki mk kj ml kl mm km mn mo gb\"><strong class=\"ba\">Il supporto ha bisogno dell&#8217;agilit\u00e0 dell&#8217;Intelligenza Artificiale<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p id=\"31d6\" class=\"pw-post-body-paragraph la lb iz lc b ld mp ka lf lg mq kd li lj mr ll lm ln ms lp lq lr mt lt lu lv is gb\" data-selectable-paragraph=\"\">Con lo smart working, c\u2019\u00e8 stato un\u00a0<strong class=\"lc ja\">boom di richieste al supporto<\/strong>. Ce lo confermano anche i dati forniti da\u00a0<strong class=\"lc ja\">DeepCoding<\/strong>:<\/p>\n\n<figure class=\"kp kq kr ks gy kt gm gn paragraph-image\">\n<div class=\"mv mw dp mx cf my\" tabindex=\"0\" role=\"button\">\n<div class=\"gm gn mu\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"cf ku kv lazyload\" role=\"presentation\" data-src=\"https:\/\/miro.medium.com\/max\/1400\/1*rC-8T5D05cn3p9KBaUxdgg.jpeg\" alt=\"\" width=\"700\" height=\"197\" src=\"data:image\/svg+xml;base64,PHN2ZyB3aWR0aD0iMSIgaGVpZ2h0PSIxIiB4bWxucz0iaHR0cDovL3d3dy53My5vcmcvMjAwMC9zdmciPjwvc3ZnPg==\" style=\"--smush-placeholder-width: 700px; --smush-placeholder-aspect-ratio: 700\/197;\" \/><\/div>\n<\/div><\/figure>\n<p id=\"f106\" class=\"pw-post-body-paragraph la lb iz lc b ld le ka lf lg lh kd li lj lk ll lm ln lo lp lq lr ls lt lu lv is gb\" data-selectable-paragraph=\"\">Considerando che, secondo un sondaggio di Gartner, il\u00a0<strong class=\"lc ja\">90%<\/strong>\u00a0delle aziende continuer\u00e0 a permettere ai dipendenti di\u00a0<strong class=\"lc ja\">lavorare da remoto<\/strong>\u00a0anche dopo l\u2019ampia adozione del vaccino, il supporto deve trovare un modo per\u00a0<strong class=\"lc ja\">stare dietro alle richieste<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p id=\"6810\" class=\"pw-post-body-paragraph la lb iz lc b ld le ka lf lg lh kd li lj lk ll lm ln lo lp lq lr ls lt lu lv is gb\" data-selectable-paragraph=\"\">A un\u00a0<strong class=\"lc ja\">aumento del volume dei ticket<\/strong>\u00a0corrisponde anche un\u00a0<strong class=\"lc ja\">aumento dei costi<\/strong>\u00a0per il maggior numero di ore-uomo impiegate (assunzione nuove risorse, spostamento da altre attivit\u00e0 ecc.).<\/p>\n<p id=\"6681\" class=\"pw-post-body-paragraph la lb iz lc b ld le ka lf lg lh kd li lj lk ll lm ln lo lp lq lr ls lt lu lv is gb\" data-selectable-paragraph=\"\"><strong class=\"lc ja\">Automatizzare<\/strong>\u00a0\u00e8 l\u2019unica soluzione per rendere agile il supporto e l\u2019<strong class=\"lc ja\">AI<\/strong>\u00a0ha un ruolo rilevante in questo perch\u00e9 il suo utilizzo rende i\u00a0<strong class=\"lc ja\">costi inversamente proporzionali al numero di ticket gestiti<\/strong>. Si tratta del paradigma \u201c<strong class=\"lc ja\">shift-left<\/strong>\u201d, ovvero spostamento delle competenze a sinistra.<\/p>\n\n<h2 id=\"0e92\" class=\"lx ly iz bn lz ma mb mc md me mf mg mh kf mi kg mj ki mk kj ml kl mm km mn mo gb\"><strong class=\"ba\">Shift-left, Intelligenza Artificiale, supporto: quale relazione<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p id=\"2b71\" class=\"pw-post-body-paragraph la lb iz lc b ld mp ka lf lg mq kd li lj mr ll lm ln ms lp lq lr mt lt lu lv is gb\" data-selectable-paragraph=\"\">Nella gestione dei ticket da parte del supporto, abbiamo\u00a0<strong class=\"lc ja\">pi\u00f9 livelli di competenza<\/strong>. Pi\u00f9 il livello \u00e8 alto, maggiore \u00e8 la\u00a0<strong class=\"lc ja\">competenza (e il costo)<\/strong>\u00a0del tecnico coinvolto.<\/p>\n<p id=\"b6c2\" class=\"pw-post-body-paragraph la lb iz lc b ld le ka lf lg lh kd li lj lk ll lm ln lo lp lq lr ls lt lu lv is gb\" data-selectable-paragraph=\"\">In un ipotetico grafico (<em class=\"lw\">vedi sotto<\/em>), partendo dal centralino fino ad arrivare al tecnico esperto, pi\u00f9 mi sposto a destra\u00a0<strong class=\"lc ja\">pi\u00f9 crescono i costi<\/strong>, perch\u00e9 utilizzo risorse con elevate expertise. E in pi\u00f9, hanno il vantaggio che sono:<\/p>\n<p id=\"fa0c\" class=\"pw-post-body-paragraph la lb iz lc b ld le ka lf lg lh kd li lj lk ll lm ln lo lp lq lr ls lt lu lv is gb\" data-selectable-paragraph=\"\">\u25cf operativi 24hx7gg<\/p>\n<p id=\"d46e\" class=\"pw-post-body-paragraph la lb iz lc b ld le ka lf lg lh kd li lj lk ll lm ln lo lp lq lr ls lt lu lv is gb\" data-selectable-paragraph=\"\">\u25cf non richiedono un intervento umano<\/p>\n<p id=\"311c\" class=\"pw-post-body-paragraph la lb iz lc b ld le ka lf lg lh kd li lj lk ll lm ln lo lp lq lr ls lt lu lv is gb\" data-selectable-paragraph=\"\">\u25cf non sbagliano mai, perch\u00e9 sono macchine<\/p>\n\n<h2 id=\"d7f7\" class=\"lx ly iz bn lz ma mb mc md me mf mg mh kf mi kg mj ki mk kj ml kl mm km mn mo gb\"><strong class=\"ba\">Perch\u00e9 incentivare una gestione \u201cself-healing\u201d<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p id=\"6854\" class=\"pw-post-body-paragraph la lb iz lc b ld mp ka lf lg mq kd li lj mr ll lm ln ms lp lq lr mt lt lu lv is gb\" data-selectable-paragraph=\"\">Abbiamo parlato di\u00a0<strong class=\"lc ja\">costi<\/strong>, certo, e in pi\u00f9 anche della possibilit\u00e0 di liberare risorse per impiegarle in\u00a0<strong class=\"lc ja\">attivit\u00e0 di valore<\/strong>. Ma il beneficio maggiore \u00e8 legato alla\u00a0<strong class=\"lc ja\">proattivit\u00e0<\/strong>, ovvero alla capacit\u00e0 di rilevare e risolvere i problemi tecnici\u00a0<strong class=\"lc ja\">PRIMA<\/strong>\u00a0ancora che l\u2019utente se ne accorga o che li segnali.<\/p>\n<p id=\"937b\" class=\"pw-post-body-paragraph la lb iz lc b ld le ka lf lg lh kd li lj lk ll lm ln lo lp lq lr ls lt lu lv is gb\" data-selectable-paragraph=\"\">Questo \u00e8 possibile con\u00a0<strong class=\"lc ja\">piattaforme iper-automatizzate<\/strong>\u00a0<strong class=\"lc ja\">di gestione dei device<\/strong>: esse utilizzano dei \u201c<strong class=\"lc ja\">neuroni\u201d<\/strong>, ovvero dei bot di automazione, che regolarmente effettuano dei controlli su tutti i device dell\u2019azienda per determinare dove gli utenti stanno incontrando delle difficolt\u00e0.<\/p>\n<p id=\"d9f1\" class=\"pw-post-body-paragraph la lb iz lc b ld le ka lf lg lh kd li lj lk ll lm ln lo lp lq lr ls lt lu lv is gb\" data-selectable-paragraph=\"\">Essi rilevano le\u00a0<strong class=\"lc ja\">situazioni potenzialmente critiche<\/strong>, come lunghi tempi di login, errori di applicazione, mancanza delle impostazioni di sicurezza richieste\u2026 tutto quello che pu\u00f2 rallentare la produttivit\u00e0 o minacciare la sicurezza.<\/p>\n<p id=\"b75c\" class=\"pw-post-body-paragraph la lb iz lc b ld le ka lf lg lh kd li lj lk ll lm ln lo lp lq lr ls lt lu lv is gb\" data-selectable-paragraph=\"\">Una volta rilevate, le risolvono automaticamente secondo\u00a0<strong class=\"lc ja\">workflow prestabiliti<\/strong>: in presenza di determinate condizioni (ad es. spazio disco all\u201980%) vengono configurate delle azioni di risposta (\u201clibera spazio disco\u201d).
