Perch\u00e9 c&#8217;\u00e8 un gender divide e quali sono gli svantaggi?<\/em><\/p>\n<p id=\"6756\" class=\"pw-post-body-paragraph qq qr ou qs b qt qu fo qv qw qx fs qy qz ra rb rc rd re rf rg rh ri rj rk rl kn dq\" data-selectable-paragraph=\"\">Negli\u00a0<strong class=\"qs fm\">ultimi due anni<\/strong>\u00a0ci sono state\u00a0<strong class=\"qs fm\">molte speculazioni<\/strong>, ma ora le risposte arrivano\u00a0<strong class=\"qs fm\">sotto forma di dati reali<\/strong>\u00a0\u2014 raccolti nel report \u201c<strong class=\"qs fm\">2022 Everywhere Workplace<\/strong>\u201d da Ivanti \u2014 dall\u2019intervista diretta delle persone che lo stanno vivendo.<\/p>\n<p id=\"3018\" class=\"pw-post-body-paragraph qq qr ou qs b qt qu fo qv qw qx fs qy qz ra rb rc rd re rf rg rh ri rj rk rl kn dq\" data-selectable-paragraph=\"\">La tendenza a \u201c<strong class=\"qs fm\">lavorare ovunque\u201d<\/strong>, accelerata dalla pandemia, sta portando allo smantellamento e alla re-immaginazione di\u00a0<strong class=\"qs fm\">diverse caratteristiche<\/strong>\u00a0del\u00a0<strong class=\"qs fm\">luogo di lavoro tradizionale<\/strong>. Se pensiamo ad alcune innovazioni del XX secolo\u00a0<strong class=\"qs fm\">\u2014\u00a0<\/strong>l\u2019introduzione di giornate lavorative\u00a0<strong class=\"qs fm\">con orario 9\u20135,\u00a0<\/strong>l\u2019ascesa del\u00a0<strong class=\"qs fm\">desktop computing,\u00a0<\/strong>il potenziamento dei trasporti<strong class=\"qs fm\">\u00a0<\/strong>per i pendolari<strong class=\"qs fm\">\u00a0<\/strong>ecc. \u2014 potremmo\u00a0<strong class=\"qs fm\">dover rimettere<\/strong>\u00a0in discussione la\u00a0<strong class=\"qs fm\">nuova normalit\u00e0<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p id=\"d4d6\" class=\"pw-post-body-paragraph qq qr ou qs b qt qu fo qv qw qx fs qy qz ra rb rc rd re rf rg rh ri rj rk rl kn dq\" data-selectable-paragraph=\"\">L\u2019<strong class=\"qs fm\">87%\u00a0<\/strong>degli intervistati da Ivanti \u2014 pi\u00f9 di\u00a0<strong class=\"qs fm\">4000 dipendenti<\/strong>\u00a0e\u00a0<strong class=\"qs fm\">1600 professionisti IT<\/strong>\u00a0\u2014 ha affermato che non vorrebbe pi\u00f9 lavorare in ufficio a tempo pieno: solo il 13% ha espresso la sua preferenza per l\u2019ufficio, il resto si \u00e8 diviso in un\u00a0<strong class=\"qs fm\">15%<\/strong>\u00a0che vorrebbe lavorare da ovunque, in un 42% che preferisce un\u00a0<strong class=\"qs fm\">modello ibrido<\/strong>\u00a0e in un\u00a0<strong class=\"qs fm\">30%<\/strong>\u00a0che vorrebbe\u00a0<strong class=\"qs fm\">lavorare da casa.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p id=\"af13\" class=\"pw-post-body-paragraph qq qr ou qs b qt qu fo qv qw qx fs qy qz ra rb rc rd re rf rg rh ri rj rk rl kn dq\" data-selectable-paragraph=\"\">Scavando pi\u00f9 a fondo, per\u00f2, la ricerca di Ivanti ha evidenziato significative differenze\u00a0<strong class=\"qs fm\">nelle linee di genere<\/strong> &#8211; un vero e proprio <em>gender divide<\/em> -riguardo\u00a0<strong class=\"qs fm\">l\u2019esperienza di lavoro remoto e ibrido<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n<h2 id=\"be1b\" class=\"rm rn ou bn dr ro rp rq fq rr rs rt fu pv ru pw fy py rv pz gc qb rw qc gg rx dq\"><strong class=\"ba\">Il gender divide nel lavoro agile<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p id=\"4030\" class=\"pw-post-body-paragraph qq qr ou qs b qt ry fo qv qw rz fs qy qz sa rb rc rd sb rf rg rh sc rj rk rl kn dq\" data-selectable-paragraph=\"\">I\u00a0<strong class=\"qs fm\">datori di lavoro<\/strong>\u00a0sono tentati di implementare\u00a0<strong class=\"qs fm\">una soluzione unica<\/strong>\u00a0per tutti al\u00a0<strong class=\"qs fm\">lavoro a distanza<\/strong>, per via del\u00a0<strong class=\"qs fm\">risparmio di costi<\/strong>\u00a0e della sua\u00a0<strong class=\"qs fm\">semplicit\u00e0 di implementazione<\/strong>, ma rischiano di omogeneizzare l\u2019esperienza di persone che hanno\u00a0<strong class=\"qs fm\">esigenze completamente diverse.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p id=\"5e22\" class=\"pw-post-body-paragraph qq qr ou qs b qt qu fo qv qw qx fs qy qz ra rb rc rd re rf rg rh ri rj rk rl kn dq\" data-selectable-paragraph=\"\">Tra i vantaggi dell\u2019Everywhere Workplace e del lavoro agile dei <strong class=\"qs fm\">professionisti IT<\/strong>, al primo posto per gli uomini c\u2019\u00e8 il risparmio di tempo dovuto agli spostamenti ridotti (43%), mentre per le donne il\u00a0<strong class=\"qs fm\">lavoro flessibile<\/strong>\u00a0(42%), a pari merito con un\u00a0<strong class=\"qs fm\">miglior work-life balance<\/strong>. Anche prima della pandemia, pi\u00f9 donne che uomini hanno tradizionalmente richiesto un\u00a0<strong class=\"qs fm\">lavoro flessibile.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p id=\"c7ed\" class=\"pw-post-body-paragraph qq qr ou qs b qt qu fo qv qw qx fs qy qz ra rb rc rd re rf rg rh ri rj rk rl kn dq\" data-selectable-paragraph=\"\">Se andiamo nel dettaglio della ricerca, nel\u00a0<strong class=\"qs fm\">10%<\/strong>\u00a0delle persone che hanno sperimentato effetti negativi sulla loro salute mentale a causa del lavoro distanza,\u00a0<strong class=\"qs fm\">il 56% \u00e8 donna<\/strong>\u00a0(contro un 44% degli uomini). La possibilit\u00e0 di\u00a0<strong class=\"qs fm\">lavorare da casa<\/strong>\u00a0\u00e8 molto preziosa per chi ha figli, ma i\u00a0<strong class=\"qs fm\">vincoli orari di un lavoro a distanza<\/strong>\u00a0replicati su quelli d\u2019ufficio hanno penalizzato soprattutto le donne.<\/p>\n<p id=\"c334\" class=\"pw-post-body-paragraph qq qr ou qs b qt qu fo qv qw qx fs qy qz ra rb rc rd re rf rg rh ri rj rk rl kn dq\" data-selectable-paragraph=\"\">La didattica a distanza, le decisioni sulla salute e altre responsabilit\u00e0 quotidiane durante la pandemia sono ricadute soprattutto sulle donne, che rispetto agli uomini hanno avuto\u00a0<strong class=\"qs fm\">tre volte in pi\u00f9 di probabilit\u00e0<\/strong>\u00a0rispetto agli uomini di essere il\u00a0<strong class=\"qs fm\">principale caregiver<\/strong>\u00a0dei figli. La sociologa Arlie Hochsild ha coniato il termine \u201c<strong class=\"qs fm\">second shift<\/strong>\u201d, per indicare il fatto che le donne non sono impegnate solo con il lavoro, ma hanno anche \u201csecondo\u201d lavoro domestico non retribuito.<\/p>\n<p id=\"b4d2\" class=\"pw-post-body-paragraph qq qr ou qs b qt qu fo qv qw qx fs qy qz ra rb rc rd re rf rg rh ri rj rk rl kn dq\" data-selectable-paragraph=\"\">La mancanza di aiuto nel gestire i figli, infatti, \u00e8 la\u00a0<strong class=\"qs fm\">principale preoccupazione<\/strong>\u00a0delle donne relativa al lavoro a distanza e la\u00a0<strong class=\"qs fm\">flessibilit\u00e0<\/strong>, ove concessa, \u00e8 stata tra i vantaggi di cui le donne hanno beneficiato maggiormente.<\/p>\n<p id=\"b68e\" class=\"pw-post-body-paragraph qq qr ou qs b qt qu fo qv qw qx fs qy qz ra rb rc rd re rf rg rh ri rj rk rl kn dq\" data-selectable-paragraph=\"\">L\u2019impatto sulla salute mentale dei dipendenti, nel caso dell\u2019IT, \u00e8 stato pi\u00f9 elevato tra le donne, che hanno dovuto sopperire a un aumento del carico di lavoro e districarsi tra le difficolt\u00e0 genitoriali. Con l\u2019introduzione di nuove tecnologie, infatti, servivano\u00a0<strong class=\"qs fm\">risposte immediate alle richieste e ai problemi IT<\/strong>, con disponibilit\u00e0 e supporto 24\/7 del dipartimento IT. Il 72% degli intervistati IT ha ammesso di aver\u00a0<strong class=\"qs fm\">perso personale<\/strong>\u00a0per via di elevati carichi di lavoro. Una problematica che pu\u00f2 essere risolta con l\u2019automazione dell\u2019Everywhere Workplace.<\/p>\n<p id=\"9202\" class=\"pw-post-body-paragraph qq qr ou qs b qt qu fo qv qw qx fs qy qz ra rb rc rd re rf rg rh ri rj rk rl kn dq\" data-selectable-paragraph=\"\">Le preoccupazioni degli uomini, invece, erano\u00a0<strong class=\"qs fm\">pi\u00f9 direttamente orientate alla carriera<\/strong>. Il 10% ha riferito che non era stato in grado di passare molto tempo con i dirigenti, mentre il 9% ha riferito di essere stato scavalcato per una promozione.<\/p>\n<p id=\"23d0\" class=\"pw-post-body-paragraph qq qr ou qs b qt qu fo qv qw qx fs qy qz ra rb rc rd re rf rg rh ri rj rk rl kn dq\" data-selectable-paragraph=\"\">Significativo che abbiano sperimentato difficolt\u00e0 nella\u00a0<strong class=\"qs fm\">mobilit\u00e0 verso l\u2019alto<\/strong>\u00a0e nella\u00a0<strong class=\"qs fm\">scarsa valorizzazione del proprio talento<\/strong>, tipiche delle donne in un contesto d\u2019ufficio.<\/p>\n\n<h2 id=\"620b\" class=\"rm rn ou bn dr ro rp rq fq rr rs rt fu pv ru pw fy py rv pz gc qb rw qc gg rx dq\"><strong class=\"ba\">Cosa fare per ridurre il gender divide<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p id=\"c963\" class=\"pw-post-body-paragraph qq qr ou qs b qt ry fo qv qw rz fs qy qz sa rb rc rd sb rf rg rh sc rj rk rl kn dq\" data-selectable-paragraph=\"\">Di fronte a questa eterogeneit\u00e0 di esigenze, i datori di lavoro devono adottare una\u00a0<strong class=\"qs fm\">tecnologia<\/strong>\u00a0che faciliti la collaborazione e diminuisca la disparit\u00e0 di esperienze tra sessi.<\/p>\n<p id=\"f963\" class=\"pw-post-body-paragraph qq qr ou qs b qt qu fo qv qw qx fs qy qz ra rb rc rd re rf rg rh ri rj rk rl kn dq\" data-selectable-paragraph=\"\">I dipendenti sono la risorsa principale di un\u2019organizzazione e ciascuno ha le sue aspettative relativamente al lavoro a distanza: le loro preferenze devono essere considerate quando si pianifica la tecnologia. Il loro input, infatti, deve essere primario in\u00a0<strong class=\"qs fm\">ogni implementazione tecnologica.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p id=\"f34a\" class=\"pw-post-body-paragraph qq qr ou qs b qt qu fo qv qw qx fs qy qz ra rb rc rd re rf rg rh ri rj rk rl kn dq\" data-selectable-paragraph=\"\">Le organizzazioni devono essere quindi guidate in un percorso di costruzione dell\u2019<a class=\"au jt\"
